Founded and led a greenfield K–12 school project - growing it from a small preschool into a premium CBSE campus. Built RISSE as an experiential, values-driven learning ecosystem focused on culture, community trust, team leadership, sports, and long-term sustainability. Led the institution end-to-end from concept to breakeven and operational maturity.
